I cannot believe you shut customers phone off if they don;t send a Jet Pack back immediatly when YOUR TEAM sent TWO JET PACKS and we couldn't hook into them due to it was a fraudulent number per YOUR TEAM MEMBERS! YOU SHUT OFF MY PHONES AND WANT ME TO PAY 1,OOO DOLLARS HAVE YOU SERIOUSLY LOST YOUR MINDS!!!! It is a total disgrace and honestly when you get right down to it highway robery!! I want to talk to you not your team members since they are no help and when you call they transfer you all over the place. I have spent over 4 hours on the phone and got no where. I have a child positive for COVID AND MY FATHER IS POSITIVE FOR COVID AND FOR ME TO NOT BE ABLE TO GET A DOCTORS PHONE CALL BECASUE YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT GETTING YOUR JET PACKS BACK!!! SERIOUSLY!!!
