I am looking for an individual to make contact with regarding abandoned, derelict Verizon telephone copper wire boxes in our community in southern Delaware. There are at least 45 of these uncared for boxes visibly falling apart in the community, and can only be deemed eyesores as well as potentially dangerous. They require the immediate attention of the appropriate department in Verizon. I have tried to contact a David Ostroski about the matter, as I had his name and email from 2014 when cables were exposed during some road work that was being undertaken in the easement to Lochwood, Lewes DE. My email message was sent last week. The email has not been sent back to me as undeliverable, and I have not had a response. Your help in putting me in contact with the correct department contact will be appreciated. Thank you.
