I am sending this as an act of desperation. After 4hrs. of contact with Version thru different entities, it has come down to this. I do not what to talk to technical because I believe that I have been stonewalled by this dept. Wether it be by their lack of information and /or inability to think outside the box. It is beyond my comprehension what their issue is. It will take someone with clout to make something happen. thank you for your time.
