I am very irate. I am getting the run-around from Verizon. Our number is 717-259-0319. We've had no internet for three days. Neither have our neighbors. We keep being told it will be fixed by x time. I" be been told this 5 times so far with no results.
What's the problem. Why don't you provide hotspots for the affected customers?
