@verizon – Lowell McAdam – I been having an serious issue with your company Verizon. I enrolled in home internet

I been having an serious issue with your company Verizon. I enrolled in home internet and landline. I was told I have to pay cash or electronic the first bill which I did 11/03/2020. They continue to take money out my account three times this money which cause me an overdraft I $37.00.
In addition, I went through pure hell about purchasing and IPHONE 12 two times . Finally it went through but they cancelled stated they didn’t believe that was me which sent all documents needed and photo identification. It was cancelled twice after taking my money and no IPhone. They selected my order from email by putting an error so it won’t show that I placed the orders. However, I screenshot it with the order -#?& location #. I have over eight pages of information and proof of everything. They refusing to reimburse me. So you are the last resource to handle this situation. I don’t care if they write a personal check out . I need my money a.s.p.
