I have had an exposed FIOS cable cord on my property since September 2, 2019. I have had 2 people come out and assess the situation. I had a person come out Friday of last week to bury the cable. At least that is what he said he was here for. The cable is still exposed. I have tried to get this done before anyone gets hurt. I have grandchildren playing here.
Please help me get this cable cord buried. Thank you.
