Need your help from hackers sent a message to Lowell McAdam that said:
I have had your service for some time and it was good until I upgraded. I stated receiving call from a person stated was from Verizon (fraud call). I called Verizon and they stated there was a order for 8 thousand dollars. Fedex also called order went back. My account was not charged. I spoke with fraud, filed a police report and another order was placed. This has been going on for a month. I changed my number and the fraud person from Verizon called me again. The person placed another order again. I called Verizon and they cancelled the order. Now my account is locked real Verizon doesn't know it me and I don't know the real Verizon. How can I stop this. I've spoke with your reps and fraud dept. I don't want to change service but I may have to. This has got to stop. Can you help?
