I have sent and email to your executive relations analyst Olivia M whom i have dealt with again. I am not getting a response back from her as I asked her to call me 802-249-2088 with a serious problem I have with charges on my account. Going from 400 to almost 1000. I am not happy at all and it is almost criminal. I do not want any auto pay coming from my account until this is resolved. Please check with her on my emails this morning.
