I just want to know what the problem is with your customer service. I'm currently on the phone waiting for customer service for over 1 and 14 minutes. I call early and was on the phone waiting for 45 minutes before I hung up. I've been a Verizon customer since their inception (I was a Bell Atlantic customer from 1971). Comcast is your biggest and worst nightmare and it you want to take over the Philadelphia, PA area, you need better customer service. Waiting for over 15 minutes is too much time and people will go to Comcast. I'm still on the phone inquirying about a DVR problem that I think is software related.
