I was recently a victim of physical and sexual assault and the perpetrator burned my house down. He stole my cell phone. All my precious records of passwords and accounts with Verizon were burned up as well. I had to rent a new place and bought the Verizon jetpack for my internet service. I have tried for several weeks to access" my Verizon" account but the website will NOT let me in. I have called customer service multiple times for help but everyone tells me that my email is already taken. I do not know my account no. associated with the email because it was burned up. I have had the same email for 25 yrs. and no one else has used it. I need some special assistance to reset the account with my email and jetpack and be able to reset my account with "my Verizon". CAn you help me???
