I would like an email address to send my complaint to. I have made numerous attempts on line, instant chat, on messenger and get no satisfaction or empathy at all. When I called on numerous occasions, from England (home) that was not helpful went round in circles on the call centre lines never getting to speak to anyone who can help. Please tell me who to contact.
what happened was we had a contract with you which was on auto-pay, we used the phone when in the usa which was roughly six months of the year on two separate occasions. Out of the blue we received an email to say we had been disconnected, no longer able to use the account and that we had lost the number. I am sure you will appreciate that has caused us horrendous problems, bearing in mind everything we use in the USA was linked to that phone. We tried on numerous occasions to speak to someone and no one could help. We arrived here last Monday without a phone hoping that nothing would go wrong at the airport etc because we had no way of getting in touch with anyone.
our issue is that its fair enough if you don't support those phones anymore but at least tell us in advance so that we can do something about it and try to retain the same number. Secondly make your customer service easier to connect to. Even an apology would have been nice. You have no idea the problems and issues we have had because of the way you did this to us.
Also if we were on autopay why was the amount not taken and if we forgot to pay why did you not email me. You had my email address because you told us you had disconnected us. Please give us your comments.
