I would like to give kudos to a supervisor named Paul who lives in Minnesota. He went above and beyond to help me with the issues I was having with my phone. I got promises from other individuals at Verizon but Paul followed through and made sure my issues were resolved despite a snow storm both in Pennsylvania where I live and also in Minnesota where he is from. I am very thankful for his help and hopefully he will get the recognition he deserves for a job well done.
