I would have called you rather than emailed you but I think this was the better way to communicate with you for now.

For many years I was with a missionary group from our church treating adults and mainly children in the jungles of Haiti and the Indonesian islands. I was so blessed to be able to treat so many poor, unhealthy people. I also had a private practice treating Alzheimer, Dementia, and medically compromised patients in 35 skilled nursing hospital in Riverside county in California. My associates performed all the general dentistry and I would perform all the oral surgeries. I used the Verizon wireless service in all the hospitals and my associates and patients along with their family members were always able to contact me. Verizon was very helpful in my private practice and even on my missions!

I was in a serious car accident in 2016 where I was T-boned by another car and my car rolled 4 times. After so many medical specialists told me to stop treating patients because of my injury, in July of 2017 I had to stop treating patients. The multiple communications between multiple doctors and me was done with my iPhone from Verizon. I am currently waiting for a Neurological brain specialist to see if the injury is to artery and vein damage possibly causing lack of blood flow to the brain and I might have to have brain surgery.

Verizon wireless helped me so much again with the many calls from hospitals about patient care and the many problems patients had and I was able to communicate with the new doctors taking care of the patients in question. I have referred so many doctors, nurses, patients, and family members to Verizon wireless! Verizon has been my right hand in all the communicating I have to do!

However, I am very disappointed at Verizon the way I have been treated with my iPhone current problem!
I can go over the entire matter but it would take me a very, very long time to type it. It would be easier for me communicating the issue by phone. I can call you when you have time if I had your phone number. You have my number and if it is better for you, call me anytime; as long as you have the time!

I have been talking to Your phone agents for over one week concerning this matter! I have spent hours waiting for connections and get disconnected many times. They did what they could but there is still problems! The Verizon warrantied phones are HORRIBLE replacements and the problems continue!
