As I start this email, I have been on HOLD for 58 minutes and 47 seconds to speak with a representative of Verizon. What an EGREGIOUS and disrespectful waste of my time!

Do you value your customers?
Do you want me to continue to be a Verizon Fios customer?

Based on this I think NOT, especially since this is the run around I get every time I contact Verizon.

HIRE PEOPLE CREATE JOBS and give those who are paying you the respect they deserve.
