Sir, Please assign this problem to someone that can fix this problem. Why does my verizon account never work 1 hour after setting it up even though I have set it up over 3 years ago many times? Every phone number listed to call requires me to log in to a locked account? Never ending cycle. Either it gets fixed or I just move on to another carrier. Many call this an nteresting note: I never go backwards even if it is free and they will pay me to keep the account. Thank you for your time, Paul
