We have been a Verizon customer for many years.
Our landline has not worked since May 5 2020. It will not let other landline calls come in. Always says the voicemail box is not set up. You cannot use the keypad to enter any numbers. Example press 1 for English.
We have spoken to techs from all over the US and still no service. Even though they say it is fixed. We have purchased $140.00 + in new phones, new up grade boxes, up grade services and paying for a landline we can't use. We are in our 70's and can't afford anything else. What are we suppose to do now?
