Jack Moorhouse sent a message to Lowell McAdam that said:
We switched to Verizon on the recommendation of a friend, who was pleased with the service. Unfortunately, we were not. Service was unavailable multiple times, for long hours, and is still the case according to our neighborhood blog. Since we are retired, and must have access to our health care providers, we switched again.
The original purchase was made at a kiosk, and was a trying experience. It took two days, and four hours driving total to get set up. We were told at the time that the phones were paid for. I have only just discovered that not to be the case. So, in addition to the original hassle, I now owe over $700.00. As I said, we are retired, so will be paying the balance over time. Be assured we will not be recommending Verizon to anyone.
