Since October, 2019, I have repeatedly requested that my due date continue to be on the 12th of each month as it has been for many years. Since September, 2019, I have been receiving bills with a due date on the 5th of each month. Apparently, my requests have not reached the proper person. Who must I contact to authorize this request?
As a senior living only on my Social Security benefits my budget is extremely tight, and I am not in receipt of that benefit until the 3rd of each month. Surely you can understand my need to return to a later due date.
