your customer service is horrible. i have tried to reach someone three times today and the automatic service doesn't work properly. i have been a customer for over 10 years. A couple of months ago I had the same problem trying to get a person on the phone,. i will not only leave you but i will let others know how difficult it is to get help. This is a waste of my time.
