Sonja Cooper sent a message to Lowell McAdam that said:
Your Verizon employee Rasheedah N. Carty, Business Account Manager, Verizon Business Group, Northeast Market, at 1095 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036 contacted my office and allegedly put our Verizon cell phones and iPads on a new account, scheduling a visit on July 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM to provide SIM cards for the iPads; however, she did not keep this appointment, nor is she responding to calls to her at: 646-581-4155 and Rasheedah.Carty@VerizonWireless.com.
I am perceiving that this could have been a scam to obtain our business information. We are seeking a total reversal of the agreement that can only appear to be some type of fraud.
