Very disappointed in what I am being told by Kenneth and Gina his supervisor. I mailed my payment like I do most of the time, it went out on Dec. 9th but it was not posted until Dec.19th, which you are trying to charge me approx. $54. I also make regular payments VIA the website in which you tag on an additional $5 per transaction. When no other loan companies I pay online does this! I want the late charge removed or I will be looking into other options. . I expect to have this resolved by Friday Jan. 13th.
