Very disappointing to note that your staffs are incompetent in many ways. My Prestige Card renewal was supposed to receive in Jun 2017. But disappointing to say that I have to call them on 24 Jul to remind them of the issue but until now it is not resolve and I have yet yo receive the card.
Please explain and do not take customer for a ride.
