Very upset about this company sir, purshased some ticket for my family like 3 days ago online, when I was driving to the event was a lot of traffic and decide to call you guys to try to change the day for Sunday (29), then I realized that the website or probably I did was the wrong time 10:30 thinking that the show was 7:30 called customer service they treat me like idiot and told me they cant help and anything that I loosed my money that they cant do anything!!! Please help just want to take my kids to the show
