I hope this message finds you. I am at my wits end with the Sonic location in Anderson, CA. I live 10 miles one way and whether I dine in or to go my order is never done right. I have discussed this with local management, district supervisor, and his boss, in addition to sending e-mails and calling the corporate office in Oklahoma. Nothing changes and the orders still are wrong and a customer gets treated poorly and talked to very rudely by the car hops. Today, October 2, 2015, my roommate on the way home from work stopped in to get 2 cherry limeades. Big surprise after driving 10 miles to bring them home they were not made correctly. So its back in the car to drive another 10 miles to get them corrected then another 10 miles home. Ordering food from this location has produced the same disastrous results and no resolution. I have seen postings by other people that have had similar complaints about locations they visit and it seems nothing is done so this must be a company wide issue and the customers are the ones who suffer.
