Travis Sellers sent a message to Clifford Hudson that said:
I've contact your corporate customer service number numerous times over the past 3 weeks and was given reference number 210702-000706 regarding a refund from one of your franchise restaurants in Austin, TX.
Despite messages saying that they have notified the restaurant and the franchise owner and your corporate office, I have not received a refund or a call back. Seems a shame to lose customers over something that should just be simple to fix.
