As a result of a design flaw in our Viking refrigerator, we have incurred expenses for a service call plus a 016774-000 Secondary Dr. Trough Kit with probe for drain. These expenses total $324.86.
The kit was billed at $182.10 plus $18.00 shipping. $100 labor plus $24.76 in tax.
In addition, we suffered the inconvenience of both the freezer and refrigerator going out three times. Plus the mess as the unit defrosted.
Therefore, I request a refund of the expense of this service call and the Viking secondary drain trough kit.
