I am desperately trying to find out the status of the oven we ordered in March 2021.
We purchased an electrical professional 3 through Best Buy. I spoke to Frank Maier last week (in your customer service dept) . He asked me to give him a few days. It has now been a week with no response. We need to make plans while we have renovations done. Please have someone call me with an ETA! I only think that is fair. We have been without n oven now since March.
