I am writing to you because I feel I have no other options. My wife and I recently purchased 20,000 worth of viking appliances when we renovated our kitchen. We have had the absolute worst customer service ever. This was a very large purchase for us and we planned this renovation with only Viking appliances in mind. We have had several issues and have had no one who is willing to resolve them including appliance land Annapolis Maryland where we made our purchase. We now less than a year later have a leaking freezer and aren't even able to use it. this is ridiculious.We are hoping that you take enough pride in your product that you would be willing to help us resolve this issue.
