I am writing to you in regards to your recall of the defective Viking Refrigerator hinges on model DFBB363L, serial # 031506H0000002241.
About 6 years ago your company sent a repair man over to my house to change the defective hinges on my Viking Refrigerator. Ever since he changed the hinges, the door does not close properly. I have had constant problems with keeping the food at a safe temperature to avoid spoil. On several occasions I have had to turn off the fridge and defrost the the freezer, even though the fridge is suppose to be self defrosting. I have been in contact with your customer service department in regards to my problem and have requested that they send someone to repair the the door and hinges properly, under the WARRANTEE and manufacture recall of this door which is defective. I have sent photos and waited for the response to my problem but I get no answers or comfirmation that someone is going to come and fix the hinges and miss alligned door.
I would be grateful for your help in seeing that something is done soon to fix my refrigorator door once and for all.
