Sorry to bother, but...purchase VRT5304BSSLP Jan 20, 2018-installed around end of May-June 2018. (registered product online) Now waiting on a warranty replacement going on 3 months now thru BBuy. LED lights not working over control knobs, flames have a rough burning sound (ports not lit?). Need to know what the holdup is on supplying a replacement as per BBuy warranty. All info to this point is a new unit replacement delay on your end. I would like a reply ASAP and more importantly the new "working" LP unit. Not satisfied. (tried this message thru customer support which didn't work).
