@Virgin – Josh Bayliss – I have been trying to get a refund from Virgin Trains East Cost in England

Lynn Ramsey sent a message to Josh Bayliss that said:

I have been trying to get a refund from Virgin Trains East Cost in England for over 18 months. I have been promised this refund over and over by Mr. Mike Ross, assistant to David Horne, the CEO. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any company and does not make Virgin look good at all. Is there any way you can help me? Lynn Ramsey
