I have had so many problems over the months with Vodafone. Every time I pay my bill in full there are always further charges. Apparently I have received 5 scam messages which Vodafone say I have to pay at £3 each totalling £15 and charges on top of this of £12 which almost equals a month\'s rental (30.50) which I knew nothing about. I have telephoned on 2 occasions and was told on the first I had to pay for scams. On the second a man called Rex helped me and cancelled the scam charges and also texted confirmation my account was clear.

On Sunday with no warning I had no internet on my phone so I telephoned and was told my confirmation by text on 16.10.15 was now unconfirmed. My internet was switched back on. This morning my dongle and also my internet phone has been disconnected with no warning. This is very unhelpful as I am sorting out my late mother\'s estate, hence I am typing this in the library. I will not hesitate to contact Oftel as I have paid my bill in full but I am not receiving the services from my 2 contracts with Vodafone.

I have been with Vodafone for years but at the first opportunity I will obviously go to another provider, I feel I pay for a good service and should therefore receive one not to go to the library while paying for the internet and also to keep having charges which are not appropriate added to my account. I sincerely hope I will be compensated.
