Dear Mr N Read, I Do hope you can help me. Back on 8/1/20 I decided to join you company for my landline+broadband on the condition I could keep my telephone number and was assured I would. I have had my telephone number for over 20 years it is so important to me for so many reasons. One being my mum passed away suddenly and at her funeral I passed on my telephone number to my late mum's bear friends but didn't take there numbers, those dear friends ov my late mum will not be able to contact me because your company did not port my number over so they have lost my Number. I have been work with your customer relations team to sort my situation out. Ben Sims was my case manager but I have been passed from one person to another. the stress I have been under, not eating sleeping, because I had to deal with the other companies to try and sort the mess your company has put me in. I made this clear from day one how important my telephone number was to me. It my life number. You can listen to all my calls as to how stressed I have become.
