Hate to do this but have received such bad customer care, I'm now feeling pretty desperate. I have not been able to use my handset for a month due to a software update that drained the battery and it will no longer turn on. I phoned for a repair bag on 7th April and am still waiting. I have chased continuously for updates and got so fed up raised it with the complaints team (I won't go into full details here) . I am not having any success. The only offer has been to upgrade but only if I pay to have this early. I only wanted my phone fixing. I had to resort to finding an old handset to get me by - lucky I had one.
Can anything be done? I appreciate how times are challenging but I don't think my expectations have been managed properly and I don't know what else to do
