Hello, my name is Helen Giles and I have been trying to sort out a business number for one of the directors of the above company. My initial contact started on 21/11/19 and after repeated emails to various people, this problem has still not been resolved. MY last email went to 3 different people who have not replied to the last 4 messages I have sent.
A brief description of the problem is that the director sometimes cannot use her phone while in Nigeria (which is very worrying).
Are you able to look into the problem for me?
