@volkswagencom – Martin Winterkorn – Dear Mr.Winterkorn, Good morning hope this e-mail finds you well. I hope you find

DORIANNE FARRUGIA sent a message to Martin Winterkorn that said:

Dear Mr.Winterkorn,

Good morning hope this e-mail finds you well. I hope you find sometime to read this message. My father passed away last December and I wanted to pay him a tribute by ordering a Volkswagen as it was his first car way back 40 years ago. I invested all my savings and did so last February but unfortunately after waiting for 6 long months the car finally arrived but not with all the specifications I ordered. I am very disappointed as this was a mistake from your end which I have to pay for and wait another 6 long months to make a new order . Kindly note that it's a struggle nowadays without a car so you can imagine what i'm going through being not my fault, it's really unfair and besides I strongly believe Volkswagen are very good cars and I trust even one customer is important to you. I hope you won't disappoint me. I would extremely appreciate if you can address this matter and somehow come back to me with a decent solution. I live in Malta and I got the impression that i should either take the car as is or else order another one which will eventually hit the island next February 2019. Waiting a whole year for a car is a bit excessive , I'm totally speechless. Many thanks in advance for your kind attention.

Kind regards,

Dorianne Farrugia
