i would like to complain about Egypt Service center and Agent (Egyptian Automotive and trade ) (VW Egypt's agent) as through my one and half year owning Tiguan 2018 i suffered from several problem with my car and always had an unpleasant experience , they are non professional and till that day they failed in fixing my problems, last and not least. today 23-May-2019 when i went to take my car from their service center with my problems unsolved yet , i found my car hit at the rear left back side!!!!!!! which is totally not accepted . and i will consider taking all legal actions aganist (Egyptian Automotive and trading) , and when i asked to take my car without any action from their side and to document this hit in the car documents for further action they refused to document it!!!! they only offered to fix it otherwise not ,(as their solution will decrease my car selling value afterwards) , My car chassis no is 836125 Tiguan (grey color) , motor no 192896.
