I bought a brand new Volkswagen Jetta Tdi back in june 2013, I have nothing but issues with this vehicle,
My key got stuck in the and the car wouldn\'t turn off than i have had 3 particulate filters go back and 3 egr filters not to mention a list of many other problems the pipe leading to the turbo have a crack in it and now something else is wrong, I will be taking it back to the dealership again today, which I will inform you i live 80 miles from the dealership. I have to take time off work to do this one time i had to take my car 3 times in 1 week. Also my power windows just randomly roll up and down, I should not have this many problems with a NEW CAR..... I have called volkswagen costumer care many of time, have a case manger, Please tell me why I pay for a 30,000 dollar car, make payments of 530.00 a month to have a car that is always breaking down. Please see my concern and buy back this car or make it right.. If you truely care for your customers you will make this right...
