Walgreens at Bella Vista and Hunt Highway in San Tan Valley Arizona they are down right NEGLIGENT. My daughter Kamille Green ( 06/09/1999) has PCOS this is TMI but at 11 she bleed straight through every day for over 3 months. ANY woman who has had a period knows that is pure HELL, not including the medical issues , low in iron..... It took us 7 years, yes 7 years to get her on a pill that would stop her bleeding and regulate it. They switched the drug 6months ago (generic didnt advise that it was a generic to her while picking it up) and when I called to complain they said it was the same she would have no issues!!! WRONG!!!! She started bleeding again!! So the pharmasist said get the OBGYN to put on the script " no substitutes" we did!! So finally 3 months later (on the pill that controls the bleeding) we nearly have the bleeding completly under control, they switch her pill on her again!!!!!!!!!!! They are closed so I have to call a 24 hour Walgreens pharmacy ( they were great) to explain what idiots they are at Bella Vista and why we need another script and have to goto a 24 hr pharmacy and pay for it out of pocket as she cant miss a dose or it will mess her up again!! I am just livid!!!!! I have called there are notes, the script says no substitutes for generic. they just dont care. This can not be what your company stands for.
