Dear Mr. Pessina I"M 62 and been using Walgreen's for Years before I make any changes I feel you should know the service that your warehouse does is why I'M thinking on taking my business else where we depend on getting our medications when needed and every month it's the same thing it hasn't come in YET and it's been order 3-4 times already I find that hard to believe or somebody needs fired or light a fire under their ass to get the orders OUT. . The Store Number 22220 Memorial Park & Normandy The Store Staff Are Great people whom care's for the Customers & the Pharmacy Managers are the Best & Like Family & to go else where is the hardest is why I'M hoping your the Man to get things Done this isn't the first Time to complaint the Store Hands are Tied they can do so much But The people whom made Walgreen's and kept their doors open can Store 22220 will become more efficient providing their customers with what they need most and on TIME is their MEDICATION . . The Care & Customer Commitment can be Much Stronger SIR THE WARE HOUSE IS MAKING THE STORE LOOK BAD BY NOT DOING THEIR DAM JOB BY GETTING THE ORDERS OUT ONCE ORDER IS MADE IT GETS OUT PERIOD OR GET SOMEONE WHO WILL ZERO TOLERANCE hope to see quick changes in warehouse I appreciate your attention to this Matter any questions please let me know . .RK
