I want to bring to your attention a very important problem regarding the Walgreens Healthcare Clinic.
While on vacation in florida, I went to the clinic with an ear problem and was mis diagnosed with a severe ear infection, and given antibiotics which I purchased and paid for at Walgreens. Upon my return to New York City the following day I went to my doctor who could not believe the mis diagnosis. I had no infection and I called the clinic and let them know that the nurse practitioner was a problem. Not only did I spend over $100 but I ingested medicine that I did not need. I keep receiving a bill for $20 and phone calls regarding this bill. And I keep telling "take care health systems" that I am not responsible to pay any more money for a misdiagnosis (i would actually like to be reimbursed for the Amoxicillin I had to purchase). Would you kindly look into this matter? phone number for take care health systems is 877-865-9011 acct. number 7621694, you may see records showing my complaint of the incompetent nurse for my visit on 04/08/15 and I can send you my doctor\'s report, if you\'d like to receive. After this incident I don\'t recommend visiting a walgreens clinic, it doesn\'t seem that the people working at these locations know what they\'re doing.
