I have been a regular customer for over 60 years. Christmas shopping should be enjoyable BUT your store at Spytty, Newport, South Wales is functioning poorly at every level because
(1) Very low Christmas stock & I was informed that there is no on line ordering but should visit the Cardiff store which is in LOCKDOWN.???
(2)I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AS ALL I RECEIVE IS POOR & MIS INFORMATION ON SOME ASPECTS .
(3) My advantage points could not be used for an unknown reason.
(4) Certain items are cheaper on line than in store.
(5) Your staff appear to be very confused & unsure of themselves as they continually have to request information from colleagues
