Good evening Roz. I'm Kelley Schwerdtfeger and I am a Shift Lead for Store # 19234. I have worked for the company for almost 20 years when it was Eckerd Drugs, then Rite Aid. At the present moment, my entire store's team have been under an immense amount of stress trying to run our high volume store with very few people. And I know the customers complain constantly and that makes us feel more stressed and we are now at the point where we are arguing with each other. Some of us even cry at work because it's so overwhelming. I am hoping that you can rapidly and frequently and loudly advertise for the whole corporation to hire ASAP. Use all Social Media and even the news if you have to. Please do whatever it takes, because Walgreens is losing the battle to keeping loyal hard working people to continue to work for it. I don't care if you feel it costs too much to advertise in a giant manner, but it is desperately needed. Thank You for your time and consideration.
