I wrote to your customer team (Saturday 16th May) to tell them that the address lookup on Boots website isn't working. I have tried on 4 different types of devices.
I have received no response.
I have tried to order as a guest but items I put in my basket keep disappearing and again an issue with entering an address.
I think you need to get your website sorted because you must be losing business and money - I'm at the point of going to Super drug.
I would appreciate you thoughts?
