As you should know, there are ongoing problems with the TD Ameritrade platform at times of busy markets. I have been subject to this problem for years. For example, today, Monday 06/15/2020, I was unable to display any information on the TD Ameritrade iPhone app for at least the 1st 15 minutes of trading: there was just the spinning icon as though processing my login.
This problem is recurrent during busy markets. That leads me to believe the servers are overloaded and unable to handle the influx of activity. That should not be the case after years of having this problem. Fidelity never has it. I stick with TD Ameritrade because I love the mobile trading app. It is great!
Now that TD Ameritrade is a part of Schwab, can you get this problem fixed?
