I have unsuccessfully tried to work with the local office in Moreno Valley California. The latest problem is that I had scheduled a bulk pickup for Wednesday (8/11). Wednesday evening I received an email stating that the pickup was delay and would be picked up on Thursday (8/12). Come Thursday evening I get the same kind of email that it was now be picked up on Friday (8/13). I called the local office on both Thursday and Friday and they told me they would pass it on to the route manager. Friday came and went, no pickup and now no email. The biggest part of this problem is that our HOA are sticklers for items left at the curb. I received an email about this so called infraction and with it a fine. Also this is not the first time such delays occur. For the past couple of months, almost weekly there is a delay in pickup of either the recyclable or green cans or both. There have been several time that the green pickup has been postponed for a week. What am I paying you guys for â to get fines and ulcers? I really believe that Fridayâs pickup wasnât made for revenge. I informed the person I spoke with that I would report this to the city of Moreno Valley, which I have.
