Good afternoon, Iâm reaching out to you with some concerns about your Tucson office. I recently obtained trash services through your Tucson branch but they have been very unorganized and the service has been extremely poor. They have failed to deliver the cans but have repeatedly told me that I would have to pay for services anyway. The salesman told me the can would be delivered on Monday, I called today and was advised the cans would not be delivered until Wednesday but I would be responsible for paying for the week of service I was not getting. Can you please look into how this is being run? I donât like paying for things Iâm not getting. Iâm very disgusted with the poor service and lack of attention to detail from your employees.
