Christina Johansson sent a message to David Steiner that said:
Hello,
I have an issue with my most recent bill. I would like to know why your company is charging it's customers the same amount for fuel costs when the cost of fuel has dropped dramatically over the last quarter. The COVID-19 pandemic caused crude oil prices to plunge into the negative. Diesel prices have dropped as well as regular gas prices. In addition, the customer service rep told me the administrative costs have gone up. Are you telling me that in this unprecedented time of economic crisis, when huge numbers of people are unemployed, you are charging your customers MORE so you can give your administrators more money?? I think it would be good customer service to halt raises and pass along your fuel savings to your customers who so desperately need financial help at this unprecedented time.
