Mr. Fish: Are you aware that a residential customer of Waste Management is not able to contract, via email, live chat, or telephone, a human being at Waste Management except Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.? Are you aware that your website has a link that allows a customer to send a compliment, but no such link for registering a complaint? If this does not change, I will make it my business to have our local municipality drop WM as our service provider.
