Mr. FIsh: Are you aware that it is impossible for a residential customer of WM to contact a living representative of WM except Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.? Are you aware that WM provides a link for a page to leave a compliment, but no such link if a customer wishes to register a complaint? Surely someone as accomplished in business as you understands the remarkably anti-customer and anti-service message inherent in those facts.
